When does my trial start?
When we hand over the configured workspace — usually the next business day after your request. The 7 days start at hand-over, not when you submit the form.
Do I need a credit card?
No. We only discuss payment if you decide to continue after the trial.
What data will be in the trial?
It starts empty — no sample data to clean up. If you want, we can import a small extract of your products or opening balances before hand-over.
Can I invite my team?
Yes. Tell us how many users you need and we will include them in the trial setup.
What happens after 7 days?
If Solby fits, we move you onto a package and carry over your data and configuration. If not, the trial closes and your data is deleted on request after 30 days.
Can I reschedule my demo?
Yes — reply to the confirmation email and we will send an updated invite.
Is my data safe?
Each trial is isolated, access is role-based, and you can export or delete your data at any time.
